New accounts are created with cnMaestro Essentials capabilities. Refer to cnMaestro Features for more details.

cnMaestro X features can be activated with the Entitlement ID provided by the Cambium Networks.

This Entitlement ID can be purchased through the authorized Cambium Reseller or Distributor with subscriptions available for a minimum 1 year, 3 years, and a maximum of up to 5 years, and pricing is based on Device Tiers.

You need to request an Entitlement ID with equal or more device counts of each tier shown in the Device Summary by contacting the reseller or distributor.

Once your order is processed, you will get an email from Cambium having your Entitlement ID fulfilling the subscription requirement as shown below:

Note:  The system will automatically activate a 90-day free trial in all existing accounts, .i.e. accounts created before the 3.0.0 release.  Customers creating new accounts after the 3.0.0 release can request a 90-day free trial by either through the link available on the cnMaestro home page or directly submitting the details at https://www.cambiumnetworks.com/cnmaestro-x/.
