Export All as CSV
The Export All as CSV feature in allows users to download all data records displayed in a table as a CSV file. Unlike the Export Page as CSV option that downloads only the currently visible page, this feature retrieves and prepares all available filtered records for download.
This feature triggers an immediate download process that is handled through a Download Manager.

To export and download the data in the CSV format, complete the following steps:
Navigate to the page where you want to export the data, for example, System > Notifications > Alarms.
You can either download the complete data or download a specific set of filtered data.
From the Export dropdown list, select Export all as CSV.
A message is displayed informing the data is being populated.
Click the download manager (
) icon on the bottom left of the page.
The Download Manager displays the progress of the export with the following statuses:
—File is successfully generated
A successful notification message is also displayed.
—File generation is in progress
—File generation failed. Check details for more information.
Click View Details, to view the following details of the file generated:
To download the CSV file, click Download.
